Football camps

Just 100 m from the Bernard Homestead stands the newly constructed football centre, including 2 training fields. One has natural grass, and the other has artificial grass, allowing training without hassle even in the winter months. The centre is considered to be one of the most modern grounds of its kind in the Czech Republic. The parameters of the fields meet the strict requirements of FIFA norms. The football centre also includes a sprinkler system, a modern locker room, a club-room and restrooms.

Complete Facilities for Football Academies

The Bernard Homestead offers complete facilities for your football academies. You can take advantage of the accommodation offered in the cosy guesthouse with a total capacity of 20 beds. Each room has an en-suite restroom, a refrigerator, TV and Wi-Fi access. The restaurant on the homestead is also available for use, where we can provide individual diet programmes. Also, there is a gym in Královské Poříčí with bowling alleys, a sauna and a Jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a long day of training for the upcoming football season. You can also visit the indoor pool in Sokolov (just 4 km from the homestead).

The Ideal Location of the Bernard Homestead

The good accessibility of Královské Poříčí, 12 km from Karlovy Vary and 3 km Sokolov, makes it an ideal site for sports academies. In the case of cycling, you can make use of the cycle path along the Ohře River leading to Loket and further on to Karlovy Vary. You can find a new in-line trail of about 3.5 km in length in Habartov (10km), which can also serve as a method of physical training.

Team Building Activities

The Bernard Homestead is also a Centre of Traditional Crafts, where football players can take part of our crafts workshops to cement the team, or they can also visit the Educational Activity Centre of the Ohře River, or have an archery tournament.
